We're Listening!

ARMTA members have provided ideas for a student event .  The list has been compiled and we are ready for your vote.  Below are three questions:

1. Your choice of event:

ARMTA’s Got Talent – a non-competitive panel of 2 or 3 judges (non ARMTA members) who will provide feedback and pick the top student in each category.  Categories could be creative writing, composition, lyrical writing to an already composed song, performance on an instrument, etc.  Categories would fit within the scope/ guidelines of ARMTA (ie, no fine arts/drama – they have their own groups :o)  Committee members would be responsible for organizing the venue, date and time, format of the event, etc.

or

Jazz Cafe – an event of Jazz, Rags and Blues.  Whether during the day or at night, this event would be an opportunity for your students to perform.  The committee members  would be responsible for organizing the venue, date and time, format of the event, snacks and beverages, etc.

2. Road Trip! – the opportunity to experience an event not put on by ARMTA. Pick your top choice!

3.  Art Poster @ the MUSIC-A-THON – do you have a student who would be interested in creating a poster that would be displayed at the
MUSIC-A-THON table during the Market June 10, 2023.  The MUSIC-A-THON committee will take submissions closer to the market date and have a non-member vote on the best poster. Are you interested?

Please consider serving on a committee.  As John Heywood said “many hands make light work“.

Deadline to fill out survey below is October 10, 2022!
